Développement immobilier et transport collectif : une synergie incontournable

The IDU is pleased to invite you to its conference Real estate development and public transit: an inescapable synergy, to be held on October 23 from 9 to 11 a.m. at the InterContinental !

At a time when it is more necessary than ever to combine mobility and urban development to effectively tackle the housing crisis, the challenge of affordability, and the climate emergency, the IDU has assembled two panels featuring major players in public transit: STM, CDPQ Infra, Alstom, Via TGF, and major real estate developers: Broccolini, Carbonleo, Devimco and Groupe MACH, to talk about current and future projects that confirm this important synergy.

The first panel, on public transport, will bring together :

• Philippe Batani - Premier vice-président, Affaires publiques, communications et stratégie de CDPQ Infra;

• Maha Clour - Directrice du bureau de Projet de la ligne bleue et Directrice générale de Transgesco, une société en commandite valorisant les actifs de la Société de transport de Montréal;

• Olivier Marcil - Vice-président, Affaires publiques et Communications Canada d’Alstom;

• Raymond Beshro - Directeur – intégration urbaine de hfr-tgf;

• Josée Bérubé - Associée, Architecte – Urbaniste chez Provencher_Roy et présidente du conseil d’administration d’Exo – Réseau de transport métropolitain.

The second panel, on real estate development, will bring together :

• Philippe Krivicky - Vice-président, Développement de Carbonleo;

• Daniel Arbour - Vice-président, Grands projets de Groupe MACH;

• Adam Martelli - Directeur principal, Développement immobilier résidentiel de Broccolini;

• Éric Burns - Vice‐président, Acquisitions et développement de Groupe Devimco;

• Isabelle Melançon - Présidente-directrice générale de l'Institut de développement urbain du Québec (IDU).

The reception will start at 8am with a networking period, and the conference will run from 9am to 11am.
