IDU is pleased to invite you to its annual conference, Perspectives du marché immobilier de Montréal, to be held at the Centre Mont-Royal on February 26, from 12 noon to 2 p.m.!
January 20, 2025 marked Donald Trump's return to the White House. The backdrop was the threat of 25% tariffs on Canadian products. One month after the swearing-in of the American president, our biggest trading partner, what are the impacts of his first decisions on our economy? And what are the prospects for the future?
For the 2025 edition of Perspectives du marché immobilier de Montréal, the IDU offers a first look at the changes on the political, economic, employment and, of course, commercial real estate fronts in the early days of the Trump administration.
We'll be joined by seasoned experts who will share their first impressions and thoughts: Matthieu Arseneau, Deputy Chief Economist at the National Bank of Canada; John Parisella, Special advisor, strategy and outreach at NATIONAL, former Quebec delegate to New York and U.S. policy analyst; and the Honourable Clément Gignac, Senator and economist.
Lunch will be served on site.
Registration closes February 24 at 5 p.m. (subject to ticket availability).
