IDU invites you to its annual conference, Perspectives du marché immobilier de Québec, to be held on February 20, from 12 noon to 2 p.m., at the Hôtel Plaza Québec.

First, we'll welcome Martin De Rico, É.A, President and Partner at DeRico Experts-Conseils, who will present the outlook for the Quebec City real estate market in the coming year. 

Then, Mario Lefebvre, Associé conseil at Aviseo Conseil; Marie-France Benoit, Associée, Directrice intelligence de marché, Canada at Avison Young; and Stéphan Landry, Directeur Opérations, Québec et Est de l'Ontario at Primaris Reit will discuss the challenges and opportunities that will shape the market in the Quebec City region in 2025.
