IDU invites you to its annual conference, Perspectives du marché immobilier de Québec, to be held on February 18, from 12 noon to 2 p.m., at the Hôtel Plaza Québec.

Faced with the challenges of rising construction costs and climate change, the industry is responding with innovation. Come hear and learn about the new trends shaping the way the industry is meeting today’s and tomorrow’s urban development needs.

The event will begin with a presentation from Martin De Rico, President and Partner of DeRico Experts-Conseils, on the outlook for the Quebec real estate market for the year 2026.

Then, Mr. De Rico will moderate a panel gathering:
