The IDU is pleased to invite you to its annual conference on Quebec City real estate market trends, which will take place at the Château Laurier (Des Plaines Room) on November 12, from 12pm to 2pm !

Come hear about the major trends in the Quebec City real estate market, presented by Alain Roy, Évaluateur agréé et associé chez GDA Services immobiliers intégrés.

This will be followed by a panel discussion on rising construction costs and their impact on the completion and profitability of real estate projects, as well as their affordability. The discussion will bring together:
