As Senior Vice-President, Development, Brian Salpeter leads Cadillac Fairview’s Eastern Portfolio Development team. Brian is responsible for all development activity in Eastern Canada, with an emphasis on growth in Montreal through the development of major retail, office, residential and mixed-use projects.

Prior to joining Cadillac Fairview, Brian was a partner at the prestigious law firm, Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg LLP, where his practice focused on all aspects of real estate, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate/commercial law.
