The Montreal RJA Committee is pleased to invite you to its Spring Cocktail, which will take place on May 28, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., on the 3^rd floor of the National Bank Place !

At this event, we'll have the privilege of welcoming Maxime Pelletier, Assistant Director of Government Affairs and Media Relations for the Unité de travail pour l'implantation de logement étudiant (UTILE), as keynote speaker. His presentation will focus on a highly topical subject: How to create affordable housing: issues, strategies and the role of public affairs. He will present the evolution and business model of this non-profit organization. In addition, Mr. Pelletier will discuss how UTILE succeeds in delivering affordable housing by outlining its strategy for obtaining zoning, a process used by UTILE to obtain the regulatory changes necessary for its projects. He will also discuss the organization's strategic focus on modular construction and its impact on construction costs.

The conference will be followed by a networking cocktail reception, complete with appetizers and wine. This privileged moment will offer young commercial real estate professionals a unique opportunity to exchange with their peers, get inspired and build business relationships in a convivial setting. A great way to close the season together before the summer break!
